Seed Internships Volunteer Interviewers Needed

Estimated time commitment: 3-7 hours

We are seeking volunteer interviewers for our 2025 Seed Internships Interview Event. Seed Internships invests in the vibrant future of the Puget Sound by offering 10+ week paid summer internships with weekly professional development. Volunteers over the past five years have indicated that this has been an incredibly rewarding experience to support young professionals in their career readiness.

We are seeking interviewers who:

  • Have a desire to develop and coach young professionals (undergrad college students).
  • Are aligned with our values and mission.
  • Can take thorough notes and provide unbiased scores.
  • Are from the local community (Pierce, King, and Thurston County).

As an interviewer, you will ask Seed Internship candidates a set of interview questions, give them real-time feedback on their responses and resumes, and assess their readiness for a second interview with an employer partner.
